Some of you are aware what happened to me over the last month. I won\u2019t rehash it here (if you are interested, I wrote a BLOG POST<\/a> about my experience).<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s just say that The Word Count Podcast by all rights should have permanently and rather unexpectedly ended with episode 51.<\/p>\n

But a couple minor miracles later, I\u2019m alive and ready to open up Episode 52 for submissions.<\/p>\n

The theme is simple. With the New Year on the horizon and the experiences I\u2019ve had recently, I thought a story about \u201cSecond Chances<\/strong>\u201d would be appropriate.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, for those unfamiliar with the show\u2026<\/p>\n

The Word Count Podcast is truly one of my joys. I direct, produce, write and host the show\u2014and also come up with the various themes our writers\u2014The \u201cWord Count Irregulars\u201d\u2014use to create unique and brilliant stories.<\/p>\n
