Endangered<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The recent devastating fires in Australia are heartbreaking in so many different ways. The loss of life. the loss of habitat.<\/p>\n

So much loss.<\/p>\n

I have friends in Sydney and Melbourne. Their stories nearly made me cry.<\/p>\n

As a tribute to the brave firefighters and all those working to save both people and animals from the flames (and following this season’s theme of\u00a0ANIMALS) <\/strong>here is the prompt for Episode 93:<\/p>\n

I read an article recently that said that koalas could be extinct by 2050<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I’m looking for stories this time around about animal activism and\/or environmental heroism. I would love Koala stories but in this instance, the real key theme is saving our few creatures.<\/p>\n

The guidelines for submission to the show are below\u2013and anyone can send in a story for consideration. I\u2019m always open to new writers and new ideas.<\/p>\n

We would love to hear from you, either with a story submission or via social media. There is a Facebook Page that could use a few \u2018likes.\u2019 The more listeners and contributors we have, the better the shows can be.<\/p>\n

THE DETAILS:<\/strong> The work must be an original story in English based on the picture theme above.<\/p>\n
