float: left;\" alt=\"Exorcist3\" height=\"175\" width=\"175\" src=\"http:\/\/rbwood.com\/dir\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Exorcist3.jpg\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rbwood.com\/dir\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Exorcist3.jpg 320w, https:\/\/rbwood.com\/dir\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Exorcist3-100x100.jpg 100w, https:\/\/rbwood.com\/dir\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Exorcist3-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/rbwood.com\/dir\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Exorcist3-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rbwood.com\/dir\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Exorcist3-80x80.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 175px) 100vw, 175px\" \/>Brilliantly paced, marvelously acted (from&nbsp;Max von Sydow&#8217;s hopeful Father&nbsp;Merrin and&nbsp;Ellen Burstyn&#8217;s traumatized mother to Linda Blair&#8217;s Regan) and with the attention to detail that only&nbsp;William Friedkin could bring (he directed <em>The French Connection<\/em>&nbsp;just before this movie&#8211;another favorite), <em>The Exorcist&nbsp;<\/em>is the demonic possession film that set the stage for all that follow.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #c0c0c0;\">I cannot recommend this film highly enough for those of you who enjoy horror. &nbsp;Although I do recommend you keep the lights on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #c0c0c0;\">Tomorrow: I want me gold!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #c0c0c0;\">Peace<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Exorcist (1973 &#8211;
